Patty de Vries
Patty, an expert in neuro-literacy, is dedicated to helping people become their best selves. Born in Grand Forks, North Dakota, she earned a full athletic scholarship to Stanford University, graduating with a BA in Psychology in 1989.
A 9-time NCAA All-American in Shot Put and Discus, Patty competed in the 1988 Olympic Trials. She has worked with organizations such as Google, Cisco, Yahoo!, Case Western University, and Breathe California. From 2011-2022, she directed wellness initiatives at Stanford University, supporting faculty, staff, and healthcare teams at Stanford Healthcare and Stanford Children's Health.
Today, Patty continues to guide individuals towards their best selves through neuro-literacy and reconnection with nature.
Greg de Vries
Known as the "Meditation Coach," Greg started meditating almost two decades ago to deal with stress and health issues. This inner exploration became a transformative journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Greg studied meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness using his entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation. He immersed himself in seminars, workshops, and retreats, devouring books and audiobooks, and engaging with fellow practitioners. Spending hundreds of hours perfecting his own practice.
In 2005, Greg pursued accreditation as a Meditation Instructor through the American Institute of Health Care Professionals. He began to deliver classes and workshops to Fortune 500 companies like Cisco, Yahoo!, SanDisk, VISA, 8X8, and Google. Additionally, he provides stress management services to private clients and hosts a popular weekly free meditation meet-up online.
Elizabeth Greenfield
Liz brings over 25 years of extensive experience in healthcare to her practice. Certified through the Institute for Functional Medicine and holding a Master of Science degree from Albany Medical College, Elizabeth is passionate about integrating functional medicine principles into her work.
As a dedicated Advanced Practice Nurse and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, she is committed to empowering individuals to achieve optimal health and wellness through personalized and holistic approaches. With a supportive and collaborative approach, Elizabeth strives to guide her clients in cultivating resilience and vitality in both their work and daily lives.
