Stephanie boasts over 20 years in health and fitness, enhancing her expertise as a Certified Nutritionist Consultant from the Natural Healing Institute. She's furthering her education by pursuing Board Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching.
As a Certified Eating Psychology Coach, Stephanie emphasizes mindful and intuitive eating, tailoring personalized meal plans that integrate seamlessly with each client's unique nutritional needs and lifestyle.
